Solicitation SP0600-10-R-0211 is hereby issued to cover ground fuel requirements for the DoD and Federal Civilian Locations in the states of Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana. The total estimated procurement will be for approximately 27,000,000 US Gallons over a three-year period. The ordering period will be 1 July 2010 through 30 June 2013. This is a multi-year solicitation. All responsible sources are invited to submit proposals. The fuels solicited are listed below:
