DESCRIPTION:

PROVIDE LP Gas for heating DOI, BIA facilities located on at Fort Yates, ND for CY-2010. The Standing Rock Agency will require approximately 28,000 Gallons of LP Gas and delivery to be made on an "As needed" basis.

28,000 Gallons at $_________________ per gallon

This award will be a fixed price contract and include FAR Clause 52.216-2 Economic Price Adjustment - Standard, due to price fluctuations of this commodity.

The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Great Plains Region is issuing this notice as a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation RMA00100013 is issued as a Request For Quote. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-30. This is a small business set-aside the associated NAICS code is 454311, Heating Oil Dealers with the small business size standard of 50 employees.

The following clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items; Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items; 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions required to Implement Statues Or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, 52.216-2 Economic Price Adjustment - Standard Supplies.This will be a fixed price contract with an estimated price range of $50,000 - $100,000.
